• Consultant Prequalification: This section outlines the process on how to gain prequalification status, make changes and updates to your information, and also how to renew. It also provides a list of current prequalified firms.
• Professional Transportation Bulletin: This section contains the Professional Transportation Bulletin (PTB) schedule, and the active bulletin as well as archives.
• Statements of Interest (SOI): This section outlines the process to submit interest on an advertised project as well as well as relevant information needed in the development of the statement, and selection.
  
  Engineering, land surveying and architectural firm selections for PTB items are Quality Based. The review of the department’s governing state statue (30 ILCS 535/1) is encouraged. Selection occurs on the date specified on the PTB.
  
  Selected firms are notified individually by IDOT. Selections and department press releases are announced on the Resources section of the website.
• Consultant's Resources: This section houses all the required forms, manuals, and guides needed to comply with agency policies and standards and that are necessary to fulfill the firm's contractual obligation.
