Valid Circular Letters
The following CLs were issued by the BLRS to update the BLRS Manual issued in 1989. These letters were issued to the appropriate local agency and/or consultants who were on the BLRS's mailing list. Please view the Valid CL list in (PDF) for more information.
These CLs contain policies that have been incorporated into the BLRS Manual Issued on April 4, 2005. Many of these CLs and attachments may have been revised. Therefore, you must go to the BLRS Manual to obtain the most recent information.
