For the Record is an annual report of the awards and obligations made by the Illinois Department of Transportation (IDOT) in the 2023 Annual Illinois Highway Improvement Program. This document meets the requirement for an annual report required by Illinois Statute 20ILCS 2705/2705-200(c), with reference to IDOT’s FY 2023 annual program.
