Mobile Capture & Reporting (MCR)
Mobile Capture & Reporting (MCR) is a software system developed by the department and made available to law enforcement agencies throughout the state. Unfortunately, the costs to support the system and the emergence of XML reporting have led the department to the decision to phase out the MCR system at the end of calendar year 2014.
